Returns and Exchanges
Orders may be returned for a full refund if the items are in new condition and the original packaging undamaged. You will be responsible for paying postage back to Gold State Gear and issued a full refund within 3-5 business days.
If you receive the incorrect items, we will arrange to pick up the item and send you the correct one free of charge.
We only ship non-damaged items. Typically if an item arrives damaged, it was due to the courier, in which case you will need to call the courier and file a claim.
